Stu Loeser

The longest serving mayoral spokesperson in New York City history, Stu Loeser has amassed more than two decades of communications, strategy and opposition research experience. After serving as U.S. Senator Charles Schumer's communications director, Stu became Mayor Michael Bloomberg's press secretary. He designed and led long-term strategic plans that made Mike Bloomberg a national leader on environmental sustainability, illegal guns and immigration while also managing all communications from City Hall and more than 40 city agencies.

Since 2012, Stu Loeser & Co. has helped some of the most prominent technology companies, Fortune 100 corporations, thriving start-ups and high net-worth individuals in the world set and exceed their goals. The firm’s "bare-knuckles approach, political instincts and deep connections" has earned high praise. The company's 2017 addition of a corporate intelligence team returns Stu to his roots as "New York City's foremost practitioner of the dark art known as opposition research."

Earlier in his career, Stu worked on the Clinton/Gore and Gore/Lieberman presidential campaigns, as well as mayoral, gubernatorial and senatorial campaigns around the country.


andrew doba

Andrew Doba is a veteran communications operative with nearly a decade of experience in city and state government.

As the chief spokesman for Governor Malloy in Connecticut, Andrew oversaw nearly 100 people in 30 state agencies, quasi-public entities and other cabinet level positions as the architect of earned media campaigns that advanced the Governor's economic and public policy priorities. He also expanded the state's presence on social media, an effort that drew praise from the New York Times in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy.

Andrew previously worked for Mayor Mike Bloomberg’s 2009 reelection campaign. He has also worked on other campaigns and held positions in government.



Jeane MacIntosh is a veteran journalist and researcher known for her shoe-leather reporting and for scouring public records to uncover hidden issues and red flags.

Prior to joining Stu Loeser & Co., Jeane was the director of research at Marathon Strategies. Previously, she spent two decades at the New York Post, where she was an investigative and breaking news reporter. She was deputy editor of Page Six for five years, and a news reporter for the Daily Telegraph in Sydney, Australia. Before joining the Post, Jeane spent 10 years as a New York financial writer.

She is co-author with the New York Times’ Maggie Haberman of a book on the Elizabeth Smart kidnapping, and has been published in several national magazines. Jeane has appeared as a guest commentator on CNN, ABC, NBC and Fox News, among others.


Cameron LangforD

Cameron Langford is the chief of staff at Stu Loeser & Co., where she works across strategic and operational functions to drive strategy for existing and potential clients, allocate company resources and support senior management.

Prior to joining Stu Loeser & Co., Cameron worked on Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign as part of the communications and scheduling teams.

Originally from North Carolina, Cameron graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University. She received her M.Phil from the University of Cambridge, where she was a Gates Cambridge scholar.


anna miroff

Anna Miroff is a media strategist who specializes in New York and Connecticut state politics.

Prior to joining Stu Loeser & Co., Anna worked for a political and non-profit fundraising firm, where she helped position leading candidates and public figures among high-profile and grassroots donor networks. 

Anna graduated from Columbia University with degrees in political science and history. During her time at Columbia, she worked for Senator Kirsten Gillibrand in her New York City and Washington, D.C. offices.


matt fossen

Matt Fossen is a media strategist who specializes in multi-state campaigns and regulatory battles.

Before joining Stu Loeser & Co., Matt worked at NBC and Fox News Channel in Washington, D.C., and has had his writing featured in The Huffington Post and Detroit Sports Nation. He has also served as a news director, on-air host and producer at WVBR 93.5 FM (Ithaca, NY), as well as an executive board member for Cornell Media Guild, Inc.

Matt has a degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and also studied English and political communications at George Washington University.


Will Chabot

Will Chabot is a media strategist experienced in developing and executing strategic communications plans for corporate, government and non-profit clients.
Most recently, Will was a senior communications associate at public relations firm Marathon Strategies, where he specialized in crisis communications, brand promotion and opposition research. He previously worked on Governor Andrew Cuomo’s successful 2014 reelection campaign.
A native of Upstate New York, Will graduated cum laude from St. Lawrence University with a degree in Psychology. 


rose khan

Rose Khan is a research and media strategist who works closely with the research and communications teams to track media narratives, produce written content and vet individuals and companies.

She previously worked as a political organizing fellow for NARAL Pro-Choice America. She has also worked in several capacities for Hillary Clinton, where her work on the 2016 campaign's Women's Vote team was profiled in Cosmopolitan.

A Queens native, Rose graduated from New York University with a degree in history.
